DFC does not hold promoter funds — payouts route directly to your Stripe Connect account. We require a signed licence before any public PPV sale.

This page provides onboarding materials and templates for promoters. This is not legal advice. A statutory declaration is evidence of a promoter's claim of rights but does not itself transfer copyright or licence rights. DFC requires a signed Pilot Licence before any public PPV sale. Promoters should seek independent legal advice if unsure.
